I can see 
  Like I’ve never seen before 
Through the lens of a tree
  Or something of similar form 
To the depths of the sea 
  Beyond anything I’d known before 
Observing the whole 
  By zooming in on the details 
My eyes a black-hole
  Absorbing everything without fail 
I can feel the pull
  The final release of the veil 

I see the world 
As it is
Beautifully unfurled 
Almost like a quiz 
I see the answers I seek just below my feet 
And everywhere else around me 
And though you say the earth is weak 
She’ll stand long after our defeat 
Finally shackle free
     The same may not be said 
     About you or me
