Dreamland

Lost in childlike imagination 
Free from all the frustration
Can’t tell up from down 
Laughing like a lonely clown 
I take the stairs to nowhere 
To find that everything is so rare 
Flowers grow from up above 
And shower my world with all the love 
Even as the skies distort 
I’ve never felt such support 
From black and white 
To colors so bright 
It’s a place for innocence to grow 
And only happiness will overflow
